We are pleased to share our latest article, "Current Methods for Detecting and Assessing HIV‑1 Antibody Resistance," published in Frontiers in Immunology. In this work, we summarize key mechanisms by which HIV‑1 escapes broadly neutralizing antibodies and provide an overview of current experimental and computational tools used to assess antibody resistance. We highlight recent advances, clinical implications, and remaining gaps that need to be addressed for the successful translation of bNAbs into therapy. Congratulations to Stanley and Martin!
